Your first session with Leo

Talk, connect or upload, then watch your business take shape. What happens in the first ten minutes, step by step.

You don't need to prepare anything. There is no workshop and no form to fill in.

1. Talk

Leo speaks first and asks what you're working on right now. Answer the way you'd explain your job to a new colleague.

  • Type or talk. Press the microphone and speak. Your words appear in the message box so you can fix anything misheard before you send it. The recording is deleted straight away.
  • Be specific. "I do the orders" teaches Leo little. "Every morning I check Shopify, then retype wholesale orders into the shipping system" teaches it a lot.
  • Expect questions. Leo asks what a good consultant would ask: how often, how long, what goes wrong, who you hand it to.

You can always start here

Leo works from the first sentence. You don't have to connect anything to begin.

2. Connect or upload

Talking gives Leo your account of the work. Evidence lets it check that account against what actually happened.

  • Connect a tool and Leo reads it for itself. How connecting works.
  • Attach a file: a spreadsheet, a PDF, a screenshot. Leo reads it and asks about it.
  • Add a folder and Leo sees only the names of the files. It picks the few worth reading, tells you why, and you choose which to send.

3. Watch it take shape

Beside the conversation, your page fills in as you teach. Open The brain and you'll see the whole business drawn out.

The brain for Premium Puzzles. The business sits in the middle, each piece of work is a set of rings, and the green dots are connected tools.

Each piece of work is a set of rings. A ring fills when Leo understands another layer of it: what it is, the steps, how often, how long, who it passes between. Empty rings are the things Leo will ask about next.

What to do next

Come back. Leo remembers exactly where you left off, and opens with the most useful thing it still doesn't know. Three questions at a time, never a list of two hundred.
