What Leo keeps private, and what it shares

What you say about yourself stays with you. What you teach about the work goes on a page with your name on it, and any line comes off when you ask.

People only tell the truth to something they trust. So Leo splits what it hears into two kinds, and treats them very differently.

About you: private

What you find hard. What has been sitting on your list for three weeks. What you think of the whole exercise. Leo keeps that with you. Nobody else sees it, your manager included.

About the work: shared

The steps, the tools, how long things take, who you hand to. That goes on a page with your name on it, and people in your business can read it.

You can watch that page fill in beside the conversation. If a line is wrong, or you'd rather it wasn't there, tell Leo and it goes. No argument and no form.

Nobody is being scored

Leo models how the work runs. It does not measure people. Nothing it produces ranks one person against another.

Your business stays yours

Each business gets its own brain. Nothing Leo learns about yours is shared with any other business.

Voice

When you speak instead of typing, your words are written down on Leo's own server and the recording is deleted. It is not sent to an outside service.
