Leo with Shopify
Connect your store and Leo reads orders, products, customers and stock, with the full history. What it looks for, and what it asks you.
For an online store, Shopify is where the truth lives. Connect it and Leo can stop taking your word for things.
What Leo reads
- Orders, with the full history, not the last thirty days.
- Products and how they are organised.
- Customers and how often they come back.
- Stock, and where it sits.
A month of data shows you a month. The full history shows what normal looks like, and what changed.
What Leo does with it
It checks what you told it. You say wholesale is about a fifth of orders. Leo counts. If the answer is different, it shows you both numbers and asks which one you meant.
It joins it to everything else. Shopify knows what sold. Your email tool knows who you wrote to. Your ad accounts know what you spent. On their own, each tells you a little. Together, Leo can see which email brought which orders, and what a new customer actually cost.
It finds the retyping. The same order keyed into two systems. Stock counted by hand when two tools already hold the number. These are the hours Leo looks for first.
What Leo will ask you
Expect questions the data can't answer:
- What happens when an order goes wrong, and who fixes it?
- Which of these steps would you never hand to a machine?
- What number do you wish you could see, and can't?
How to connect
Open Connections, find Shopify under Selling and money, and follow the steps. How connecting works, including what Leo can't do.
