One brain gets you 5x. Connected brains get you 100x

Giving everyone their own AI makes each person faster. Joining every person, agent and tool into one brain changes the shape of the business.

There are two ways to bring AI into a business, and they lead to very different places.

A brain each

Give every person their own AI and each one gets faster at their own work. Emails take half the time. The weekly report writes itself.

This is real, and it is worth having. It is also where it stops.

A person working alone can't change a handoff. They can't fix two systems that don't join up. They can't see a number nobody collects. And when they leave, everything their AI learned leaves with them.

One connected brain

Now join them up. Every person, every agent and every tool teaches the same brain.

What one learns, all of them can use. The handoffs between people become visible, and most of the time worth getting back sits right there, between people, not inside anybody's task. Agents stop working blind. A fix in one place makes three other things easier.

That is when work starts to change shape, and it is where the big numbers come from.

It isn't only about people

If you run your business on your own, you might think this doesn't apply to you. It does.

You are not one brain. You have a store that knows your orders, an email tool that knows your customers, ad accounts that know your spend, and perhaps a handful of AI routines that each know one job. None of them knows what the others know.

That is a room full of brains working alone. Joining them is the same job in a business of one as in a business of thousands. See it in a real business of one.

Where to start

You don't have to choose. A brain each is the on ramp, as long as each person teaches a shared brain while they work, and doesn't just build a private trick.

That is what Leo is for.
